The motion to quash the appeal is dismissed. The appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Number C50224, 2012 ONCA 117, dated February 22, 2012, heard on December 6, 2012, is allowed and the convictions are restored. Fish J. is dissenting.
La requête en cassation de l’appel est rejetée. L’appel interjeté contre l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de l’Ontario, numéro C50224, 2012 ONCA 117, en date du 22 février 2012, entendu le 6 décembre 2012, est accueilli et les déclarations de culpabilité sont rétablies. Le juge Fish est dissident.
