1                 L’Heureux‑Dubé J. ‑‑ The majority is of the view that this appeal does not raise a question of law alone and, accordingly, this Court has no jurisdiction to hear the appeal.  The appeal is quashed, L’Heureux‑Dubé, Gonthier and McLachlin JJ. dissenting.
